Medical Residency Interview Preparation
Medical Residency interviews are high pressure, because they happen only once a year. A successful interview can be your entryway into the program, but an unsuccessful interview may result in a year-long delay. With my Medical Residency Interview Preparation Program, you'll be confident in your interaction with your interviewer.
Program Content
This isn't English class
Although my program is designed specifically for non-native English speakers, this is not English class! Instead, the goal is to show you how to use certain tools and strategies with the English level that you have right now.
Internalized Structure, No Memorized Answers
The most difficult part about any interview is simply: we do not know what you'll be asked. For that reason, memorizing answers does not work. Rather than crafting perfect answers for questions you may or may not be asked, we'll learn strategies that can be applied to any question you are asked in the interview.
Simulated Practice & Lots of Feedback
The best way to prepare for an interview is with targeted feedback. That's why in each session, we prioritize communicating in the same style as in an interview. You'll receive honest feedback for improvement, taking small steps towards more confident communication.
An effective session for us means you've done 80% of the talking (speaking in the style of an interview), and your coach does 20% of the talking (giving feedback for improvement).

Each session involves a preparation assignment, ensuring continuity in your preparation, but also leading to more effective coaching sessions.
